This is a diaper for big children (size XS), grandparents or patients, here I would like to confirm our diaper is waterproof and the insert with high absorbency.Recently we got a complain re leaking and a customer told us it is not waterproof.Actually there are many reasons to to be leaky, but there is no problem of the quality.

When we get this diaper tested in domestic market, we normally suggest customers 3 things when there is a leaky problem:

1. The insert with high absorbency, but sometimes the pee is too big, please add more absorbent stuff or do not let patient drink too much; 

2. Please check very offen, as once insert is too full, the pee will be out of the diaper;

3. Make sure the leg area is tight enough, at least no 'gap' there;

4. Patient doesn't lay flat always, may turn over or moving,if you can please put a piece of waterproof mat under.

There is no product could make sure no problem, as the most import thing is that people could look after patient with patience.

Remarks:

XS fits waist (50-80cm), height:30cm;

S fits waist (66-120cm), height:33cm;

M fits waist (72-126cm), height: 36cm;

L fits waist (75-130cm), height: 40cm;

XL fits waist (80-140cm), height: 46cm
